I like to meditate, people often ask me how to do it as the cant clear there mind or cant relax. There is a simple way to start first go somewhere you feel comfortable could be your bedroom or the garden. You can have music or no music, first take a breath in whilst standing stretch up with both hand as high as you can lower your hands whilst breathing out repeat 3 times, now take a seat close your eyes and continue to breath in slowly out slowly and for each breathe in count 1,2,3 up to 10 then start from 1 again if you loss count it’s ok just start from 1. Doing this for a few minutes is absolutely fine there is no time rule. repeating this a few times a day, you will become more able to extent your meditation time.
